The LPD's actions were not a failure to investigate; they were an active, coordinated effort to dismiss a felony burglary and protect the primary suspect.

       
  • Systemic Conflict & Premeditation: The LPD's 911 Emergency Communications Director, Jessica Carter, is married to the LPD Assistant Chief of Police, James Carter. This proves the call was not a real-time report of a crime, but a coordinated, delayed action to provide a cover story after the intrusion was successful.   • Bad Faith "Expert Witness" Contradiction: LPD's reliance on the suspect as an "expert witness" for this false narrative is a bad-faith pretext.
